§ 2977. Exemptions
The requirements and prohibitions of this chapter shall not apply to:
(1)the sale or resale of used products;
(2)motor vehicles or parts for use on motor vehicles; and
(3)building insulation materials. (Added 2013, No. 85, § 1.)
