§ 14106. Expanded powers of Vermont financial institutions
In addition to all other powers permitted under these statutes, any Vermont financial institution shall have the powers conferred under federal law administered by the Federal Reserve Board, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the FDIC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or other federal banking regulator upon national financial institutions or their subsidiaries.
