§ 4190. Prospective application
(a)This chapter shall apply to all matters relating to any impaired or insolvent insurer for which the Association first became obligated on or after July 1, 2023.
(b)Matters relating to any impaired or insolvent insurer for which the Association first became obligated prior to July 1, 2023, shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter in effect at the time the Association first became obligated for such matters. (Added 2023, No. 32, § 9, eff. July 1, 2023.)
