§ 4027. Filing fees
Each filing of a policy, contract, or document form or premium rates or rules, submitted pursuant to section 4026 of this title, shall be accompanied by payment to the Commissioner or the Green Mountain Care Board, as appropriate, of a nonrefundable fee of $150.00. (Recodified and amended 2025, No. 11, § 2, eff. September 1, 2025.)
