§ 3636. Reinsurance contract
In the event of the rehabilitation, receivership, or liquidation of a ceding insurer, no person shall have any rights against the reinsurer of such ceding insurer that are not specifically set forth in the contract of reinsurance or in a specific agreement between the reinsurer and the person.
