§ 3611. Scope of subchapter; short title
This subchapter shall apply to all kinds of direct insurance, except life, title, surety, health, credit, mortgage guaranty, and ocean marine insurance. This subchapter shall be known as the Vermont Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association Act. (Added 1969, No. 279 (Adj. Sess.), § 2; amended 1979, No. 18, § 6.)
