§ 1008. Rulemaking
The Board of Liquor and Lottery shall adopt rules for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. (Added 1991, No. 70, § 2, eff. May 1, 1992; amended 2017, No. 83, § 138; 2018, No. 1 (Sp. Sess.), § 86.)
