§ 552. Application of chapter
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all shipments, packages, containers, or displays in which potatoes are packed, distributed, sold, offered, or exposed for sale except as provided in this chapter. (Amended 2021, No. 105 (Adj. Sess.), § 77, eff. July 1, 2022.)
