§ 171. Establishment of grades and standards
The Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets may establish and adopt official grades and standards for such farm products as he or she may deem advisable that are produced for sale in this State and, from time to time, may amend or modify such grades and standards. (Amended 1971, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), eff. March 2, 1972; 2003, No. 42, § 2, eff. May 27, 2003.)
