§ 2775. Limited sale of unpasteurized
(raw)milk permissible
Notwithstanding section 2701 of this title, the production and sale of unpasteurized milk to a consumer for personal consumption is permitted within the State of Vermont only when produced, marketed, and sold in conformance with this chapter. (Added 2009, No. 62, § 2; amended 2011, No. 39, § 3, eff. May 19, 2011.)
