§ 4107. Office of Child Support; access to motor vehicle information; criminal record information
The Office of Child Support, for purposes of establishing and enforcing support and parental rights and responsibilities obligations, is designated as a law enforcement agency for the sole purpose of requesting and obtaining access to motor vehicle information and other information needed to identify or locate a person, including access to information maintained by the National Criminal Information Center. Such information shall only be used for collection of child support and is subject to the restrictions of section 4105(c) of this title. (Added 1995, No. 59, § 12; amended 1997, No. 63, § 26, eff.
