§ 975b. Debt service appropriations
The General Assembly shall appropriate in the annual appropriations bill the amount necessary from the appropriate funds to pay the debt service obligations of Transportation Infrastructure Bonds that are due in the fiscal year covered by the appropriations bill. (Added 2011, No. 63, § F.108, eff. June 2, 2011.)
