§ 951. Applicability
This subchapter shall apply to all bonds authorized by the General Assembly, provided that provisions in authorizing acts inconsistent with this subchapter shall control, except as provided in section 957 of this title. (Added 1959, No. 24, § 1, eff. March 10, 1959; amended 2021, No. 105 (Adj. Sess.), § 466, eff. July 1, 2022.)
