§ 3074. Fiscal year
The fiscal year of the district shall commence on January 1 and end on December 31 of each year, unless otherwise specified in the district’s bylaws. (Added 2015, No. 41, § 20, eff. June 1, 2015; amended 2023, No. 99 (Adj. Sess.), § 5, eff. May 6, 2024.)
