§ 3004. Organization; members
Five or more natural persons, a majority of whom are residents of this State, or two or more cooperatives, may organize a cooperative in the manner provided in this chapter. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 416, eff. July 1, 2024.)
