§ 205. Duties of office
Each commissioner of a department and each officer specified in this chapter, except the members of the boards specified in this chapter, shall devote the commissioner’s or officer’s entire time to the duties of the office. (Amended 2025, No. 18, § 7, eff. May 13, 2025.)
