§ 2871. Department of Fish and Wildlife
The Department of Fish and Wildlife is reconstituted within the Agency of Natural Resources as the successor to and the continuation of the Department of Fish and Wildlife. Fish and wildlife funds shall be used only for the purposes of the Department. (Added 1969, No. 246 (Adj. Sess.), § 7, eff. June 1, 1970; amended 1983, No. 158 (Adj. Sess.), eff.
