§ 2422. Budget and report
The Secretary shall be responsible to the Governor and shall plan, coordinate, and direct the functions vested in the Agency. (Added 1969, No. 271 (Adj. Sess.), § 4(b), eff. Jan. 10, 1971; amended 2009, No. 33, § 7.)
