§ 538. Accounting and reports
Beginning on January 15, 2024, and annually thereafter, the Treasurer shall submit a report to the Governor and the House Committees on Commerce and Economic Development and on Government Operations and Military Affairs and the Senate Committees on Economic Development, Housing and General Affairs and on Government Operations detailing the activities, operations, receipts, and expenditures of the Program during the preceding calendar year, and any other information regarding the Program.
The report shall include, as applicable, the number of participants, the investment options, rates of return, and the projected activities of the Program for the current calendar year. (Added 2023, No. 43, § 1, eff. July 1, 2023.)
