§ 170a. Design of correctional facilities; use of evidence-based design principles for wellness environments
The Department of Buildings and General Services shall coordinate with the Department of Corrections on the design and planning for any maintenance, renovation, or construction to a State correctional facility to ensure that evidence-based design principles for wellness environments are incorporated into the design and planning phase of a project. (Added 2023, No. 69, § 26, eff. June 14, 2023.)
