§ 153. Parking rules
The Commissioner of Buildings and General Services may from time to time make, amend, revise, or repeal parking rules for the use of land or structures either owned or leased by the State and that are under his or her jurisdiction and control. (Added 1969, No. 4, eff. Feb. 17, 1969; amended 1983, No. 147 (Adj. Sess.), § 4(b), eff. April 11, 1984.)
