§ 1615. No confidential information in notice
Except as otherwise provided in sections 1501 and 1502 of this title, a holder is not required under this chapter to include confidential information in a notice the holder is required to provide to an apparent owner under this chapter. (Added 2019, No. 93 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 2021.)
