§ 3293. Eligibility for hearing aid dispenser license
To be eligible for licensure as a hearing aid dispenser, an applicant shall:
(1)have attained the age of majority; and
(2)pass a written examination administered by the Director under section 3295 of this chapter. (Added 1989, No. 60, § 1; amended 2015, No. 38, § 34, eff. Sept. 1, 2015.)
