§ 3003. Penalties

A person who violates section 3002 of this title shall be subject to the penalties provided in 3 V.S.A. § 127(c). (Added 1975, No. 228 (Adj. Sess.), § 2; amended 1981, No. 241 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; 2005, No. 27, § 83; 2007, No. 29, § 39.)
