§ 2136. Active duty military personnel or their spouses
A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:
(1)home of record;
(2)permanent Change of Station (PCS); or
(3)state of current residence if it is different than the PCS state or home of record. (Added 2023, No. 35, § 1, eff. July 1, 2024.)
