§ 1585. Professional corporations; registered or licensed practical nursing
A person licensed to practice registered or licensed practical nursing under this chapter may own shares in a professional corporation created under 11 V.S.A. chapter 4 that provides professional services in the medical and nursing professions. (Added 2007, No. 14, § 2, eff. May 2, 2007.)
