§ 2785. Rules
The Secretary may issue rules necessary to carry out his or her duties and the purposes of this chapter under the provisions of 3 V.S.A. chapter 25. (Added 1977, No. 112, § 1; amended 2009, No. 146 (Adj. Sess.), § G3.)
