§ 5010. Effect of previously adopted ordinances
Ordinances, rules, and regulations adopted by any municipality under chapter 83 of this title shall not be affected or in any way invalidated by the provisions of this chapter. The provisions of this chapter and ordinances and regulations adopted under its authority, shall not be subject to limitations, requirements, or provisions contained in said chapter 83. (Added 1969, No. 270 (Adj. Sess.).)
