§ 4801. Definitions
As used in this chapter:
(1)“Municipality” shall mean “municipality” as defined in 1 V.S.A. § 126.
(2)“Legislative branch” shall mean “legislative branch” as defined in subdivision 1751(2) of this title. (Added 1969, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
