§ 4765. Application for loans to municipalities
The application shall be supported by data covering:
(1)a description of the project;
(2)a description of the engineering service to be performed;
(3)an explanation of the need for the project;
(4)an estimate of the cost of the project;
(5)the amount of advance requested;
(6)a schedule for project implementation; and
