§ 1143. Not evidence of negligence
A violation of any provision of sections 1136 through 1141 of this title by any person under 16 years of age is not negligence or evidence of negligence. (Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 1, 1973.)
