§ 606. Determination of questions
Questions arising under the provisions of this chapter, if not settled by agreement of the interested parties with the approval of the Commissioner, shall be determined, except as otherwise provided, by the Commissioner. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 122, eff. July 1, 2024.)
