§ 1641. Rules
The Board shall adopt rules and may amend or rescind rules consistent with this chapter as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Added 2013, No. 48, § 1, eff. May 24, 2013; amended 2025, No. 18, § 35, eff. May 13, 2025.)
