§ 101. Emergency Management Assistance Compact; adoption
The State of Vermont hereby adopts the Emergency Management Assistance Compact. The director of the Vermont emergency management services and the Vermont Adjutant General may adopt rules for procedures and practices necessary to implement Vermont’s entry into and participation in the Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC). (Added 1999, No. 138 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
