§ 305. Federal funds and other contributions
The Commissioner is authorized to receive for the purpose of this subchapter voluntary contributions from any source whatever and any sums from the federal government and to administer the same. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961; 2023, No. 53, § 43, eff. June 8, 2023.)
