§ 1043. Investigation; educational campaign; report
The Commissioner shall investigate the prevalence and extent of tuberculosis and other chronic respiratory diseases in the State and shall adopt and make use of means for educating the people of the State in respect to the causes and nature of these diseases, means for their prevention and treatment, and in respect to the best method of preventing and limiting the prevalence of these diseases. Such educational campaign shall be carried on in such manner as the Commissioner deems proper to disseminate the facts in regard to these diseases. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff.
