§ 1262b. Rules
The State Board shall adopt rules governing grants under section 1262a of this title. The rules shall provide for grants from State funds in accordance with federal guidelines for food programs. The State Board may adopt other rules that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. (Added 1969, No. 21, § 3; amended 1971, No. 29; 1973, No. 252 (Adj.
