§ 3446. Appeal [Effective July 1, 2026]
Any municipal corporation as defined in section 3447 of this title aggrieved by an order, allocation, or award of the Agency of Education may, within 30 days, appeal to the Superior Court in the county in which the project is located. (Added 2025, No. 73, § 18, eff. July 1, 2026.)
