§ 740. Preparation and form of Australian ballot
(a)The clerk of a unified union school district shall prepare the ballot for any vote that proceeds by Australian ballot in the district.
(b)Only questions warned by the unified union school district and presented to the voters of that district shall appear on a ballot prepared pursuant to subsection
(a)of this section.
(c)Warned questions of the unified union school district shall not appear on the same ballot as questions warned by the legislative body of a town within the unified union school district. (Added 2021, No. 176 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. June 7, 2022.)
