§ 1953. Form of disclaimer
The disclaimer shall:
(1)describe the property or interest disclaimed;
(2)declare the disclaimer and extent thereof; and
(3)be signed by the disclaimant. (Added 1985, No. 130 (Adj. Sess.).)
