§ 4060. Appeals
An extreme risk protection order issued by the court under section 4053 or 4055 of this title shall be treated as a final order for the purposes of appeal. Appeal may be taken by either party to the Supreme Court under the Vermont Rules of Appellate Procedure, and the appeal shall be determined forthwith. (Added 2017, No. 97 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 11, 2018.)
