§ 1607. Sale of explosives
A person who gives, transfers, or sells an explosive to another who does not hold a license issued under 20 V.S.A. chapter 177, subchapter 2, division 2 shall be imprisoned for not more than five years or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both. (Added 1971, No. 107, § 5, eff. 30 days from April 22, 1971.)
