§ 1382. Deferred sentence
Notwithstanding the limitation of subsection 7041(a) of this title, a court may, on the motion of a party or on its own motion, with or without the consent of the State’s Attorney, defer sentencing for a misdemeanor violation of this chapter and place the defendant on probation upon such terms and conditions as it may require. (Added 2005, No. 79, § 2.)
