§ 7305. Choice of law
Notwithstanding any general or special law or common law conflict of law rule to the contrary, the laws of this State shall govern in any case or controversy heard in this State related to legally protected health care activity, except as may be required by federal law. (Added 2023, No. 14, § 3, eff. May 10, 2023.)
