§ 5537. Payment of judgments
(a)On request of a judgment creditor whose judgment under this chapter has remained unsatisfied for 30 days, the court shall order the judgment debtor to appear before it and to disclose information relating to his or her ability to pay the judgment in full.
(b)Following disclosure under subsection
(a)of this section, the court after hearing may order the judgment debtor to make such payments as the court, in its discretion, deems appropriate. Failure to make such payments may be considered civil contempt of court.
