§ 4075. Power of estate of deceased member
If a member who is an individual dies, the member’s legal representative may exercise the rights of a transferee under section 4073 of this title, and, for purposes of settling the estate, the member’s legal representative may exercise the rights the deceased member had under section 4058 of this title. (Added 2015, No. 17, § 2.)
