§ 4009. Resignation of agent for service of process
To resign as an agent for service of process of a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company, the agent shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of resignation pursuant to section 1655 of this title. (Added 2015, No. 17, § 2; amended 2025, No. 10, § 7, eff. July 1, 2025.)
