§ 1680. Appeals
Appeals of any act or decision of the Department under this subchapter shall be made in accordance with chapter 220 of this title. (Added 1991, No. 71, § 2; amended 2003, No. 115 (Adj. Sess.), § 41, eff. Jan. 31, 2005.)
