§ 1426. Penalty
Any person who violates a rule adopted under this chapter shall be subject to the civil penalty provision of 23 V.S.A. § 3317(b). (Added 1969, No. 281 (Adj. Sess.), § 13; amended 1989, No. 65, § 15; 1999, No. 42, § 2, eff. May 25, 1999; 2019, No. 14, § 36, eff. April 30, 2019.)
