§ 1045. Report to General Assembly
Beginning February 15, 2023 and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Natural Resources, after consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets, shall submit to the Senate Committees on Agriculture and on Natural Resources and Energy and the House Committees on Agriculture and Forestry and on Natural Resources, Fish, and Wildlife the data submitted to the Secretary pursuant to subsections 1042(a) and
(b)of this title, data submitted as part of a permit required under section 1043 of this title, and the data submitted to the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets under 6 V.S.A. § 4927. (Added 2021, No. 135 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. July 1, 2022.)
